Watchdog timer reset IC
It delivers a low current consumption and a small package. It can be used in a microcomputer to monitor power supply voltage and in system operation to prevent runaway operation.
・Comparator with hysteresis
・RESET delay time can be set with the CT pin’s external capacitance.
・Watchdog timer monitor time and reset time can be set with CTW pin’s external capacitance.
・Watchdog timer operation can be set with the INH pin.
・Output type: N-channel open drain (RESET pin)
・Package: small, thin, bottom mounting(Plating Lead Package: 2.2mm×2.2mm×t:0.58mm 8pin)

GPS antenna diagnosis IC
CA0027AN is an IC that supplies power to GPS antenna, and outputs alarm signal by diagnosing connection status (Open/Short-circuit) of GPS antenna by monitoring current.
The threshold for short-circuit detection current can be adjusted by external resistor.
Limit current is determined along with the threshold, and the IC supports various GPS antenna flexibly.
It has acquired AEC-Q100 Grade-2 and can be used for in-vehicle devices.
