BUS driver/receiver IC
CA0013BM is a BUS driver/receiver IC for cars. The IC enables data communications by connecting an operation panel and components with bus cables.For logic input, the IC supports both 3.3V and 5V microcomputer outputs. The output is open collector, and can be connected to either 3.3V or 5V microcomputer input by adding pull-up resistor.BUS terminal is durable against failure by electric surge.

LDO built-in High-side/Low-side Gate Driver IC
This is a 36V high-side/low-side gate driver capable of driving external Nch-FETs using the bootstrap method. A 36V bootstrap diode is built-in, and 3.3V and 5.0V can be used as input logic supply voltage. A thermal shutdown circuit and an under-voltage lockout circuit (UVLO) are included as protective function.

LDO and bootstrap diodes that are built in to set the output voltage with external resistors significantly downsize the low-voltage power management system. Additionally, the status detection pins (DET) for thermal shutdown (TSD) and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) enables to build a control feedback system for microcontrollers.
